Shipping & Delivery
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders to Canada and the United States. The current free shipping threshold is displayed in your cart and at checkout.
For orders below the threshold or shipping to other destinations, a shipping fee will apply and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Canada: 2β7 business days after dispatch
- United States: 4β12 business days after dispatch
- International: 9β27 business days after dispatch
During holidays or promotions, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order?
You can check your order status at any time on our Order Tracking page.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. To see the real-time location of your package, enter that tracking number directly on the shipping carrier's website (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, DHL).
Do you offer express or same-day shipping?
Not at this time. All orders are shipped using standard shipping. We're working on offering additional shipping options in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times depend on your destination and will be shown at checkout.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your order is late, please email us at [email protected]. We'll work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue.
What if my package is marked "delivered" but I haven't received it?
Try the following steps first:
- Double-check your mailbox, front door, porch, or building lobby.
- Ask your neighbours or building staff.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If the package still isn't found after 48 hours, email us and we'll help investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

How do I start a return?
To begin a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Can I return items marked as "Final Sale"?
No. Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or custom-made/personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please check the product description before purchasing.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5β10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, but exchanges are subject to availability. Before returning your original item, please email [email protected] to confirm that the item you want is in stock.

Order Status & Tracking
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order's status at any time using our Order Tracking page.
It will show if your order is being processed, fulfilled, or has already shipped.
Where do I track my package after it ships?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
To track the package's real-time location, copy that tracking number and enter it directly on the shipping provider's website (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, DHL).
My tracking number doesn't work. What should I do?
Tracking numbers may take up to 24β48 hours to update after shipping.
If it still doesn't work after that, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll help you out.
My order says "delivered," but I haven't received it. What now?
If your package is marked as delivered but not in your hands:
- Check your mailbox, porch, or apartment lobby.
- Ask neighbours or building staff.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Still can't find it after 48 hours? Get in touch with us, and we'll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible after checkout.
If you need to make changes, email [email protected] right away. We'll do our best to assist if the order hasn't been fulfilled yet.
Sizing & Fit Guide
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our official Size Chart before placing your order.
It includes detailed measurements for men's and women's apparel to help you find your best fit.
Are your items true to size?
Yes β our garments are generally true to size. If a particular item fits smaller or larger than usual, we'll include that information in the product description.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or down for a more fitted look β depending on your preference and the product type.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes β as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days, you can request a return or exchange.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No β you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you:
- Track your orders
- Save addresses and payment methods
- Manage your wishlist
You can sign in or register by creating an account during checkout.
What are the benefits of having an account?
With an account, you can:

- Save and edit shipping and billing addresses

How do I reset my password?
