Shipping & Returns Policy

At Moreeny Couture, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and return procedures. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers including Canada Post, USPS (for U.S. destinations), DHL, Purolator. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your destination, package size, shipping speed requirements, cost efficiency, and carrier availability to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders to Canada and the United States. Current free shipping thresholds are displayed in your cart and at checkout. For orders below the threshold or shipping to other destinations, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times by region (after processing):

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 4–12 business days
  • International: 9–27 business days

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.

SECTION 2 – RETURN PERIOD

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date the shipment arrives at your specified shipping address. After this period, we are unable to process a return, refund, or exchange.

SECTION 3 – RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your return can be processed promptly once it arrives.

SECTION 4 – CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all tags attached. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

SECTION 6 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may be ineligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
